Dadar Gulung

This is a traditional cake called Dadar Gulung. This type of cake usually served on special occasions such as celebration, wedding or anniversary. Usually sold in traditional markets. It was sweet, made from flour dough mixed with eggs and grated coconut in the middle were mixed with brown sugar. Usually green, but in this photo yellow brown.
